- Allows to set up building dimensions, roof type and features, internal framing types, openings, doors, windows, sheeting types, colors of painting, gutters, etc.
- Contains a 3D preview of the building, which shows both inside and outside features, rotatable and resizable by mouse (uses Papervision 3D library).
- XML SOAP interaction with a Microsoft .NET based server to save and load building data and geographical data such as wind speed, snow thickness, seismic activity and the rest, which impacts the pricing and restrictions imposed on how the building could look like.
- Interacts with the main ICON Buildings website to allow user to estimate pricing online.
